Moms, Dads, & Grandparents Make Excellent Referees:

80 Games per season need referees... 160 games per year in the Grants Cibola County area. Over the last few years, 85% of these games have been refereed by the same 10 people.

To Sign up to be a Referee (and to enroll in a referee class)...

1. Go into the blue sombrero web page and login with the same information that you used to sign up your child for soccer. Once you're in, the first page should have an option to "Apply as a new adult (or youth) volunteer," and complete that volunteer application. (You must e-sign the document to complete the process.)

2. After completing #1 above, while logged in click the "AYSOU" link in the upper left hand of the page and you can take some of the referee courses offered.
4. Next take SafeHaven an Concussion awareness training. This is required courses for all volunteers.

 -  Click Course MT02 - AYSO's Safe Haven (60-70 minute course) with video and questions.
 -  Click Course R002 - Basic Referee Online Training (60-100 minute course) with video and questions.
